Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Please note that processing times do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
This service normally delivers within 2 working days, but delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail’s network and seasonal demand.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 48 hours (2 working days).
Delivery estimates exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel through Royal Mail’s online tracking service.

Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to Royal Mail network issues, weather conditions, or peak periods.
We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Missing or Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We can assist with initiating an investigation with Royal Mail after the required waiting period.
